These are a few of my favorite things...

For my birthday last month my sweet husband scheduled me an appointment with his chiropractor. He re injured his back the day before his regularly scheduled maintenance appointment, so had been 4 times that week. During this time we had 2 major snow storms with another one predicted for the weekend and my dear husband was confined to the couch except for the trips to the chiropractor. I have mentioned I would like to go sometime, but could never justify the cost for myself while I was in no acute distress. Well I have been blessed to go a few times with husband and today I said, "I have a strange request, I would like to take a picture of your table." I then explained the Project 365, he thought that was cool and let me take a few photos. ( He was willing even before I explained my goofiness!) So the point is today I got an adjustment! This is the table where my husband and I were adjusted today. I know it was time because as I was talking to the Doctor twice I started to "self adjust" my back in the chair I was sitting in (it was the perfect type of chair for this don-cha-know) and had to stop myself. So this is one of my current favorite things.

I was telling my friend about this and she suggested the title of this entry. So I decided I need to insert a few of my favorite things. The beach is one of my all time favorite things, so I had to post this photo from our Hawaii vacation in 2006. This is a photo that is several years old it is of my son and his dog on a rock while we were hunting in Wyoming in 2003. The weather was beautiful for the time of year until the last week. This picture represents several favorite things. First my boys, second the outdoors, third the mountains, forth the smell of pine trees, and last the love of a boy for a dog!
